… just a few reasons why people have started health and fitness journeys with me in recent years.


If you have a strong enough reason why, sometimes there is no alternative but to do it.



For me?


I’ve had life changing health scares. I want my body to be as healthy and strong as possible in case I’m ever faced with them again.


My profession and life’s work is to help others live healthier lives, and to do that I believe I must continue to develop myself and lead from the front.
