Yes!
The majority of gyms aim their group sessions at females because they are generally more open to variety and enjoy a more social environment.
Men are more likely to either train alone or with a training partner, and stick to what they know regarding training.
Our camps are currently 70% female.
However, the difference is we have separate programs for male and females.
A lot of exercises are similar but the structure is different based on the overall goals of the individuals in the groups.
We also have multiple coaches at each session to ensure everyone gets the attention they need to progress.
